The welcome is always as pleasant, as well as the frame, although I regret the lack of friendliness we had with the staff, during our first passage. Intakes are disappointing to our taste, in fact, the Raie Wing Press, Sushi-like, did not fit our expectations, with the foie gras non-existent. Also disappointment for the lacquered calf head, too fade to the taste of my beautiful mother.
