My family and I have been loyal customers of Chiyoko since they first opened. The restaurant used to be amazing with delicious food and excellent customer service. However, our recent experience was terrible. When we arrived, we were greeted by a waiter who had difficulty understanding English. We asked if we could make a small change to our order, but he refused. First we were disappointed that NONE OF THE WAITERS or employees wear masks!! We had a 7:30 RSVP, we wanted to sit outside, but it was all reserved, so we sat inside. We ordered beer to cool. I didn't have sushi since before COVID, so I had to have something! My husband had chicken carving with rice and vegetables and mango sauce, my daughter had her spicy soup and dumplings

Put this one on your list. Service is excellent. The menu offerings are varied and very creative.everyone will find something to love, from the sushi bar or the grill. There is even something for vegans! The dishes are beautifully presented. Generous portions. Hopping atmosphere. Definitely...to repeat.

After not having kosher food for a while, we decided to try this restaurant and it was a great choice. The Japanese dishes were delicious and the location was very accessible. The only downside was that we were staying in the center of Montreal so it was a bit of a trek to get there.

Too long. Waiters in bad mood. Food was nothing special and very expensive. The other kosher sushi restaurants in Montreal are better and less expensive. Don't come back.

The sushi and presentation is fantastic. The price is very overpriced. There is so much competition out there but this place charges alot more then others.
