The level of poor customer service I experienced in less than five minutes was shocking. I genuinely don’t understand how this establishment remains in business. I will never return and will not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and choose a restaurant where you will be valued and your concerns taken seriously. Keep in mind, Chock Full of Nuts: customers will continue to return even if mistakes occur, but the distinction between keeping and losing customers lies in how you address and resolve their issues.
