We ordered a birthday cake for our 3-year old daughter. The staff was very patient, respectful and helpful with taking our order to our liking. Once the staff person understood our requirements (we just had a picture for reference and wanted strawberry and pineapple inside the cake they gave us a quick summary of our options.We even came another time to adjust/confirm the cake requirements (sorry we're extra careful : .On the day of the birthday, the cake was ready on time, and it looked as we expected. Picked up the Chocolate Tornado cake here for a birthday celebration and it was amazing! Beautiful, decadent, melt-in-your-mouth while not overly rich or sweet. The icing was smooth and didn 't have that cheap sugar-y taste. For this good of quality, I thought the cakes were priced pretty well at $40 (no tax).The girls behind the counter were kind and efficient. They wrote happy birthday on the cake beautifully. Will definitely come back to try more flavours!

I still enjoy their pastries, but I'm disappointed that the prices have risen by 40-50% for most items in just two years. I've kept my old receipts and was shocked to see the differences. For instance, their eclairs were $4 each in 2021, and now in 2023, they're $6 each, which is a 45% increase. I doubt they raised their employees' salaries by the same amount.

Berry Hazelnut Cake,Haven on Earth cake. Layers of hazelnut meringue topped with delicate whipped cream and frozen blueberries and raspberries. Gluten free. Excellent sugar balance. Just let it melt in your mouth.Also, the owner, I do not know her name, really appreciate her customers, very considered.We are looking forward to go there again from Oakville. I ordered the Berry Hazelnut Cake for a birthday celebration at the office, and everyone absolutely loved it! They were all curious about where the cake came from. I also tried their delightful almond cookies, which were incredibly tasty. Just a heads up: the cake is delivered frozen, so you'll need about 4 hours to let it defrost before serving.

We ordered an Opera cake for our 5 year old son's birthday. It was so well made and decorated and tasted amazing! If I could travel in time, I'd love to have had the same! Thank you to the team and cooks of Chocolada for making it a special and happy day!

The cakes and pies are always fresh, well cooked and have reasonable prices. We purchase the Chocolada's pastry for every family celebration. The staff is friendly and always takes time to answer your questions.
