We paid over $100 for sugar flowers to be added to our cake and feel like they were sparse with the decoration. There are gaps at the top and bottom of the design. I attached a picture to show the unfinished look of the design. We were so disappointed by the cake that we did a private cake cutting rather than having everyone come and see the cake. Chocolate Carousel provided the wedding cake for mine and my partner's commitment ceremony. The cake was absolutely delicious! The cake was moist and airy, the filling options were plentiful, and the frosting was SO good (and as someone who is not usually a fan of frosting, that's saying something). We had a three-tiered cake and we were able to have the tiers have different cakes and fillings to accommodate different tastes for ourselves and our guests. We ordered our cake from Chocolate Carousel because they are our caterer's preferred baker. They did NOT disappoint! Sometimes wedding cakes can be dry or tasteless, but their cakes are the complete opposite. In addition to being visually stunning, the cake itself was moist and flavorful. Working with Chocolate Carousel was very easy. The process of choosing a cake is simplified by their take-home DIY cake-tasting kit. The actual wedding cake tasted just like their samples. Everyone loved the cake so much that I ordered cupcakes for a party we hosted shortly after our wedding!

We ordered a cake for my daughters first birthday which was watermelon themed. I showed an example of what i wanted and upon picking up the cake was absolutely stunned. They made it exactly like the picture i showed not to mention that it was absolutely delicious. Thank you Chocolate Carousel you guys are amazing.

Amazing! We had a backyard bbq themed strawberry shortcake that was amazing! 10 years ago you also did our wedding cake. (Been many times inbetween! Best bakery ever staff, flavors, freshness always a wonderful, memorable experience.
