Chocolateria San Churro

My wife and daughter have been to Chocolateria San Churro many times over the years and rave about the Chocolate and Hot Chocolate. They rate it higher than Max Brenner. I was walking past today and the thought of fresh churros with dulce de leche - and the promise of air conditioning - was too good to pass up. I ordered Churros for one (3 churros) with Spanish Caramel (I confirmed that this was in fact dulce de leche) for $8.95. Hot, crispy churros with just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar, balanced well with the Spanish Caramel. This rated a 3.5-4. I used to go there quite often and the portion size we had was just the same as the pictures and today, I ordered churros for two not only the portion is ridiculously small, (churros are way shorter than before) not like the photo at all but also a churro is missing, it baffles me how much you do not care about satisfying your customers at all with quality of food, since you don't rely on imports to make your food then quarantine really isn't an excuse at all also I thought during this time restaurants would be dying for support.

The chocolate here is delicious and there are so many vegan options. If you want a pretty quick dessert, this is not the place for you, but the food is worth waiting.
