Chompers Daisy Hill

I have ordered delivery from this restaurant about 10 times and have never had any problems. The delivery is always quick, and they make sure to pay attention to any special requests on the order, which is not common among other places on Menulog. The deep fried Mars bars are fantastic! I usually get the cod meal with some sides, and sometimes a burger, and have never had any issues. While I wasn't too impressed by the owner/manager's response to a negative review, all that matters to me is the quality of the food, which I would definitely give a 5-star rating.

I visit there every few weeks with mates and i have to say the service we receive there is complete hit and miss. One order out of four is ever right. The staff do not properly listen to your order, they nearly always forget something or they just make the order up as they go if you don't seem to order one of their meal deals with drink and chips. The burgers i have to say are pretty good but even if you spell out the order s l o w l y you'd be lucky if they get it right. Also hit and miss if their milkshake machine is working when you want it.

I went there with my son to grab some takeaway and this will probably be the last time.The food i believe was on the more expensive side and only average, certainly nothing i brought i would rush back for.I think the low point was the amount of people just walking in and walking straight between the counter, one even started preparing food without any apparent hygiene procedures being met!When preparing meals for sale hygiene should be the most focused point

I have visited this restaurant several times, and initially I was disappointed by the rude staff. However, I recently placed an online pickup order, which went smoothly and the food was great. I am giving a 4-star review based on the quality of the food and value for money. If I were to review the staff who struggle to communicate like regular human beings, I would give them 2 stars.

The deep fried Oreos were a delight, but the Mars Bars fell short. The batter was too thick and the cinnamon sugar overwhelmed the flavor. The prices were fair, and I am interested in trying their lunch menu. The variety of options on the menu was intriguing.
