Fantastic dining experience! My husband and I are staying at the Sandman for the night before heading to New York City. We kicked off our meal with some bread and steak bites, followed by my choice of citrus soy-glazed salmon, which I enjoyed along with a Strongbow and a couple of Amarettos on ice. My husband opted for the chicken and ribs, paired with a few local IPAs. Everything was absolutely delicious! The meat and fish were cooked to perfection. The music created a great atmosphere, and I loved the decor. I would definitely recommend this place to others! Our server was excellent as well—she was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Great job!

absolutely brilliant. our waitress was world class. you smile, energy and choices were phenomenal. eating was great, especially those pommes. the wee she helped us in pairing with our food was perfect. I'll visit chop again. it was the first time, but not my last. the atmosphere was beautiful and it also offers a great atmosphere.

I really liked the restaurant design and decoration, and the staff is super friendly but the Menu needs to have more options. Drinks are also very well mixed in here and I give 5 stars to the bar itself.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner with the family. Our server, Henry, was helpful, cheerful, and professional. The service was impeccable and discreet.
