Chopstick Asian Bistro

Initially, I was a bit hesitant—though not stoned, just a little wary. From the outside, the restaurant appears somewhat rough and uninviting, which had kept us from dining there before. However, all those concerns vanished as soon as we stepped inside! The interior is lovely—well-maintained and clean. The staff was friendly, and the lunch special was fantastic; I had the three rolls while my partner ordered the General Tso's bento box. I will definitely return! The ambiance was decent, though there was no music so we could hear some loud conversations from the kitchen. Still, that doesn’t affect my rating because the flavors were excellent!

This is the best sushi I've found! It may not look like the most inviting place from the outside, but the quality of the fish is exceptional and always fresh. I've been dining here for four years now. Before COVID, I would visit 1-2 times a month for the all-you-can-eat option. Nowadays, we order their party dishes for pickup. I'm a big fan of the pineapple roasted rice!

I absolutely love Chopsticks! We always order sushi when we go, not that the other dishes aren’t excellent, but the sushi is just too good to resist. I highly recommend the Chef's Special Rolls, especially the Monster Roll and the Volcano Roll. Sweet potatoes and spicy tuna are also favorites of ours! You really can't go wrong here!
