I ordered online for delivery and called back to add something to my order. However, they wanted to charge me another delivery fee. I explained that I didn’t want to pay two delivery fees just for adding to my order. They told me my order was below the minimum, so I requested a refund and wanted to cancel both orders. The girl on the phone said she would get the manager, but when she picked up again, she simply said, "Hello, manager." Miraculously, there was no additional fee after that, but it took over an hour to receive my food, which was absolutely terrible. I will never order from this place again.

We’ve ordered from them many times before, but this one occasion, being just $0.07 short, resulted in them turning us away—even though we live right around the corner! They even suggested that my husband should find something else to add to the order to meet the $12 minimum, knowing full well that anything else would easily put us over that limit. It’s hard to believe that they would prioritize a policy over customer satisfaction to this extent. Because of this experience, we will never order from them again. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This is pure greed at its worst!

I just received my delivery order, and it was a disappointing experience. There was a strange white mayonnaise-like substance smeared on the lid, which ended up on the General Tso's chicken as well. It was quite unappetizing. Additionally, the sweet and sour chicken was delivered without the sauce. When I contacted the manager for a redelivery, they refused, and my partner was hung up on. The food was not only unappetizing, but the service was even worse. It's really a shame. I would recommend ordering from almost anywhere else. I've included pictures to show what you get for $50.

Our first visit was disappointing; all the fried food was awful! The dumplings we ordered were supposed to be steamed, but they arrived fried instead. The crab rangoon was excessively crispy, with very little filling, making it nearly inedible. The Chinese pizza/scallion pancake was greasy and tough to bite into or chew. I reached out to the manager, who promised to call me back, but they never did. I called again the next day and received the same response, yet still no follow-up. I had a terrible experience. I ordered via DoorDash, and the chicken was excessively sweet. The chicken noodle soup tasted like hot water with bland noodles. The shrimp dumplings were sticky and unappetizing. If you're looking for a healthy meal, I strongly advise against ordering from here. All the chicken dishes are breaded and fried in unhealthy oil. I do not recommend eating here at all.

I didn't receive all of the food I ordered, and when I called to address the issue, they lied about it, attempted to justify their mistake, and were quite rude. I had avoided this restaurant for some time, but after a good experience, I decided to give them another chance tonight, only to find that they truly do not value their customers. Their staff is unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I ordered dinner from here on Christmas Day, and it was incredibly busy, with some people getting a bit grumpy about the wait. Despite the chaos, the kitchen was cranking out food as quickly as possible. When my order finally arrived, it was delicious. This restaurant is doing a great job navigating the challenges of the pandemic, so I think we should cut them some slack.

I only ordered the beef fried rice, and unfortunately, every piece of beef was so tough that I had to spit it out because I couldn't chew it. I understand that sometimes there might be one or two chewy pieces, but in this case, it was every single piece. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food is always excellent. However, the wait times are often unreliable. I consistently arrive 10-15 minutes after my order is supposed to be ready and usually have to wait an additional 10 minutes or more.

I'm not sure about the negative reviews here because my experience was quite positive. I ordered a couple of items to go, and they were ready in just 10 minutes. The staff was also very friendly.
