I haD the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ! Last time we ordered takeout 1 dish was wrong and the woman at the restaurant said a credit of the dish would be given to me the next time. So today when I ordered takeout went to pay she so rudely insisted I received a free dish the last time but I obviously did not! That woman stood their arguing with me over and over that I was wrong! The manager guy even okayed it that I was to receive the free item and she still fought with me over this! I've never had such a rude experience in a restaurant in my life. It's a shame because we order food from there a lot and now because of this rude woman we won't ever be eating there again. She should NOT be working...
Classic Chinese food that also offers sushi.This is a great choice when one daughter is saying I want sushi! and the other one is saying I don 't like sushi! We 've always been happy with the food but sometimes the service is quite slow. They are a busy place! It 's a nice, central location and they also deliver so that 's great.Another thing we like is the virgin cocktails, which my kids loved.
Fairly decent chinese food especially in Castlegar I was pleasantly surprised.Food had a good amount of flavour and is in line with what western chinese food is.Restaurant custom made me an order of beef and green beans in black bean sauce, which was nice. However, I found there was too much oil in the sauce. Other than that, the rest of the food as mentioned earlier was fairly decent.
Probably the best place to get Chinese food in the Kootenays. When I'd go there for lunch, the servers were always engaging and fun. Dinnertime service can be a little slow but hey, good things come to those who wait, right? If anything does go wrong, Kenny will bend over backwards to make sure YOU are satisfied. This is my second time having chopsticks first time ordering to go. Chicken is like double battered not cooked all the way thru. And where’s the rest of my chow mein? Like the portion in this box are so off. I got like 3 bites of chow mein. The gentlemen was very nice and everything but I have an issue with this food portioning.
