Terrible service. Came in with family to get a decent meal after a long day. The food was delivered well and cooked decently. Unfortunately, the service was severely lacking. Waitress never asked to provide beverages and when we did ask for drinks to be provided, the waitress snapped at us and said she’s too busy to deal with us and yelled this across the restaurant. We got fed up and grabbed the drinks ourselves from the drink fountains. Another table was requesting soy sauce, a minor request and again the same waitress snapped at them to get it themselves so they went and grabbed it from behind the counter in the front next to the cashier area. Chopstix is the perfect place to go if you're looking for a quiet evening or a quiet lunch people always are very respectful as far as their voice level and service is okay here not as top notch as I would like but their food are big portions and really good the one thing I think you should really try in their menu is their pad Thai. Very good very delicious creamy lemony peanuty and just overall the best part I've ever had in the valley.

Do not eat here unless you want hairs in your food. First time we ordered the lomeien and there was along black hair tangles within the noodles. I never went back after that, i decided to give this place one more chance, as i was eating there was a black hair on the shrimp. Disgusting !! they did not even offer me a refund for that item or a partial discount. Definitely not going back AGAIN! EVER! Stay away from this place!

2 stars for the good service, clean environment and quick food delivery. However, the food was lacking in flavor like to they point it was tasteless. I thought it was just mine and then tasted my husband's and realized it was both plates. We actually took the plates to-go and ate somewhere else. We visited yesterday and had dinner. We ordered the dinner specials, chicken and vegetables, chicken egg rolls and shrimp and scallops. The chicken egg rolls are very good, so is the hot and sour soup. The price is reasonable and the service is great. We will visit again.

i eat here regularly and i?m so happy they have another location that is close by the university! i have been seeking for my favorite dish from them for some time now and i recently fell in love with their pancit! definitely a must try!

Vegetable soup (not pictured) was good egg roll was good the general chow sauce on the chicken was good. The rice flavor was mid and the chicken was a either a little too cooked that it was chewy or it was old and reheated.

Great restaurant. Just one of those typical restaurant that serves great American-Chinese food. The only concern is the tables, every time I go, I get a wobbly table. However, that’s fine because I usually get takeout. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great food and prices. Service was excellent. We had sweet and sour chicken, general tso's chicken, Mongolian beef, and chicken fried rice. Everything was very delicious. Will definitely come again.
