There needs to be improvement with pre-order pickup at the Montvale location. My husband ordered a bowl and received a notification that it was ready for pickup. However, when we arrived, the order screen showed that his order was ready but there was nothing in the pickup area. After waiting for the ordering line to die down, I inquired about the order. Was craving a salad so obviously I searched up the nearest salad place and I found this chopt. Not only did I pay $28 for the salad because I ordered through uber eats... but it was terrible. I added on avocado assuming it would be chopped into my salad, or at least cut up, but all they did was put an unripe avocado on top of the salad. I was visiting my daughter and love salad so we went to Chopt Creative Salad Co. in Montvale where she lives. From the associate that was totally unhelpful and seemed like she wished she was anywhere but there to a tasteless salad that I could of made much better at home. There was nothing creative about any of the salads. The toppings sitting out looked like the toppings line at a Subway after they went downhill. I used to go to the store in Scarsdale, NY until they didn 't care about their presentation of salads nor customers. Today a family member had a craving for a CHOPPED salad. She was near the Montvale, NJ location, so we ordered some digital exclusive ' ' salads to pick up. I ordered the Sesame Ginger Chicken Salad. Sounds good, right? Overall, giving it 1 star because I waited for 35 minutes for my food. They were 15 minutes late on their estimated completion time, and I was standing there waiting. Plenty of customers came in after me and ordered and got their food and left before I was able to even pick up the order that I made Salad quality overall is great either, won’t be coming back here
I would not recommend going to this Chopt location if it is your first time and you have any questions. The staff can be rude and condescending. I asked where to pick up an UberEats order and the man at the counter reacted with shock, demanding a name. There is no need to be disrespectful.
This is a great place to enjoy a delicious salad with a good selection of fresh ingredients. The "chopt" blend is a healthy and crunchy option that you can't go wrong with.
They charged me more than $40 for two cold sandwiches, the place was empty and we waited 30 minutes for the food, not worth the cost, not recommended to

Sloppy with wraps. Food was mediocre. Sweet potatoes were not cooked all the way. Service was just ok. Expensive for what it is.
