I absolutely love Chopt that?s why I?m so surprised by my experience today. I came in and the young man working was quite friendly, but obviously not too great at his work. I wanted to build my own bowl, so he pointed me to vegetables, I get tochoose 4. Not great choices, ok I?ll take whatever. After choosing 2, I point to the right where was a whole other section withmore options. I ask if that?s included in veggies too, he goes ?yeah?. You should?ve told me! ?Ah my bad?. Then we go toprotein. I ask what vegetarian options they have. Tofu and falafel. Ok I?m thinking, he goes ?you?re sure you don?t wantchicken??. I laughed it off but it was a little tone deaf. On 9/18 at 4pm my mom went to get me a salad and was treated terribly by the manager Christina, unfortunately I wasn 't there I was on the phone the whole time. She ordered me a small Zesty Italian Ceaser salad. They made it for her and then wanted tocharge full price for the salad. My mom asked why she was getting charged for a large when she had a small. The manager said Ididnt have to give you the dicount as my mom was trying to give her a complaint she told my mom to walk out and leave thestore if she didn 't like it
Logan was very rude as I went to pick up my salad from this location. He would not even come to the door to let me know. And closed the door in my face. I did not know they closed at 8pm and I ordered my salad for 7:45pm pickup. Other Chopt locationsgraciously give a phone call when coming in close to closing time. This is the second time I?ve come to this location and thesalad was not there. The employees are short with their customers and rude. I will be calling the manager to let them know.
I just pulled a metal wire out of the back of my mouth and gums. l didn?t order this in my salad. Very disturbed. Update: had to go to the dentist, put in a ticket two weeks ago to chop 't support team pretty much getting nowhere with it. Pretty surethey 're not interested in making this right

I found a metal wire in my salad that I did not order, which was very disturbing. I had to go to the dentist to address the issue, and the restaurant did not offer any support or take any responsibility. It seems like they are not concerned about doing the right thing.
The salads here are freaking amazing and the service is some of the best. I strongly recommend trying this place out when you have a chance. They have an awesome selection and the prices are super cheap.

Food is ok when prepared as ordered but we have had multiple instances where ingredients are either forgotten or are of poor quality

Barely any dressing and there was beans in my salad and I didnt order that.
I loved every salad I ordered. They are always freshly made and delicious.
