Ive orded twice from Chopt in the last month and both times they messed up the order. Today both bowls were missing chicken, first time they did not complete the correct substitution. Will be ordering elsewhere in the future.

It’s very hit or miss. Today I got a bowl that was less than half full and completely drowned in dressing. Other times, it’s great. All in at almost $20 for a salad, you’d expect better, but go ahead and roll the dice

Got a "salad" today that had no chicken, dressing, or toppings...it was just a partially-filled bowl of raw kale. Not the first issue I have had when ordering salad from Chopt on Door Dash.
