Pretty excited I stumbled upon this spot from taking the wrong street. I will say it's almost easy to miss if you're not familiar with the area, but there's ample off street parking. Now looks can be deceiving and I was hesitant on going in and then upon entering I thought I had the wrong spot. They seem more busy if you order via online than if you're a walk-in, but the owner is super friendly. Now the food... good golly did the smell of it fill my car that I couldn't get home fast enough. I got the fish platter with Mac n cheese, yams collard/cabbage mix. The fish is whiting and was fried nicely and enjoyed the seasoning, the yams were a big stringy for me yet the taste was also really goo...

I was very disappointed in this place I walk in it’s only one person working and he has his son roaming the place unAttendent now I understand people have own ways trying to maintain but that both dangerous and unacceptable the place didn’t have a soul food smell and the place is no up-kept i’m so disgusted that I change my mind to even ask for something or pay for something to eat

Long wait but i will say it was worth it. Ordered the wing platter with baked Mac and cheese sweet potatoes. All around my platter was good. 2 seafood salads side of collard greens, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, and cornbread. Over all food was pretty good which has been hard to find these last few years. Definitely will be back.

Horrible Mac n NO cheese, turkey tasted old, greens had too much sugar I thought I was eating candy yams, the fish was fried fresh and looked beautiful however had no flavor besides tasting the flour. The seafood pasta had big clumps of imitation crab meat that you could only taste the mayo and pepper. Waste of money so disappointing. Reserva una mesa ahora

Good eats!! I never leave reviews but I had to. Had the chicken breast platter. With an off the menu flavor for the chicken? Mac n cheese ? yams ? everything fresh, played pool till the food was ready. Definitely adding to my list of spots! Oh yea had the wings with the I think sweet chili too it was ???.

I got the ribs, turkey wings over yellow rice, collard greens, candied yams, seafood pasta, and mac n cheese. Food was really good, ribs were juicy and fall-off-the bone. Turkey wings were really good too. I would come back. Thanks!

The best part of the food I got was the cornbread, the turkey chop was ok the rice was dry and that seafood salad needs help!! It's a one and done for me!!
