At 6:00pm on September 7th, 2021, with my train back to Birmingham leaving Euston at 7:20pm, I was in need of a quick and light meal. I vaguely recalled hearing about a chip shop on Eversholt Street, so I decided to go for a walk in search of it. After quite a distance, I started to doubt my memory, but then I spotted some children eating out of paper cones. The shop is located near the Royal Mail depot, slightly set back, making it easy to miss when looking along the street to the North. It seemed to be a family-run business, and they greeted me warmly. been going here for years always said best place for fish in london always fresh juicy and well cooked, would rate it up with a ll the top rated places ive been too..lisson grove etc if not better! made only two complaints to them over the years, first one years ago was the fish was undercooked..it can happen i know they delt with it very well and done the order again next time i was in there, today however 18/04/19 the fish was all mushy and on my first bite it stank of fish..something that fish shouldnt!, couldnt eat it for obvious reasons and called them..they were not interested and coudnt give a toss basicaly, the gerkin i had was more a coctail size gerkin smallest ive ever had from a...

Last night was ravenous for fish and chips, but when I arrived there (about 9,45) they were closed. no great start! when I came home and looked out on their website, it said that they close at 9 o'clock (although now it seems to be saying that they close at 8, what is it? . tonight (Friday) I went back and came to 8:30 o'clock there. but when I asked for squid, they had no one, so I had to do with cadry, which I don't like so much. We went there on Sunday. Luckily they fried our fish to order, and we enjoyed the very fresh-tasting flaky cod (4 star for this). The service was friendly and efficient, but the only drawback was their chips. They were too cloggy (I think it's the type of potato they used) an greasy, and some of them were undercooked. I wish they had been freshly fried, crunchy outside and fluffy inside.

Closes very early (9pm), which meant I missed it first time I tried. Second time, got there 8:30, but they didn't have any haddock, which is what I really went there for. Made do with cod, which was beautifully cooked, and sill very hot when I got home. Massive portions the fish was a double meal in itself! Prices higher than advertised on the website.

I had some time to spare before catching my train, so I decided to refuel at this restaurant. I ordered a delicious piece of fish with perfectly cooked chips. They only accept cash, but I highly recommend this place. The staff was friendly, and I had a lovely visit. Thank you!

Chris' fish bar does very good fish and chips and for London the prices are reasonable. The portions are generous, and the food isn't coated in grease like at some some chippies. Would recommend going to eat here before hitting a pub in Camden. Reserva una mesa ahora

This is the best fish and chips in Camden. The chips are really fresh and tasty too. I have been in Camden for over 30 years, and believe me when I say this is the best. And it's so affordable too.

I went with my cousins to the chris’s fish bar to enjoy eating. that's a really good place. I would also recommend you to visit this box.
