This Chippy is probably the best in the area with genuinely friendly and lovely staff. One time, a teenage lad gave us fish that were smaller than usual, but the owner quickly fixed the problem without any fuss. One small request: when we pay extra for a fried egg on our Special Fried Rice, please don't overcook it. Thank you.
Used to go here a lot when Chris had it but it’s gone down the pan .... and they’ve changed the name to kingsway but the real one on twig lane is the best ! Learn how to cook food properly, should’ve changed its name to ‘ can’t cook won’t cook’
The restaurant is pretty good, but when it's very busy, the service may be rushed and some dishes can be overcooked. Overall, it's a good experience.
Waited so long for 2 meals. 1st in Q last out..chips were wrapped a good 20 mins before food came out very hit n miss Reserva una mesa ahora

"Look my family here for Sunday roast (would advise that you book if party bigger than 4) they fitted us in which was great, then found out kids eat free on all you can eat carvery! Brilliant food"
