Christakis Burgers

Stopped by here around 6:00 PM, received the worst service ever! Food was also horrible! Chili cheese fries were made with nacho sauce out of a can chili was tasteless, my burger had soggy tomatoes in it. We had to go back for them to remake my daughters bacon cheeseburger two times Because they couldn’t Get it right, the first remake, we got it back with a very hard bun that you could tap on the table and felt hard as a rock, the mistake for that was it had vegetables in it when it was supposed to have zero veggies in it, when we took it back the first time all the lady did was scoop off the lettuce and tomatoes and onions instead of remaking the burger. When we finally received our food, I was surprised to find my chicken strips were quite dry and nearly burned. As for my husband's order, it was completely wrong. He had ordered a double cheeseburger, but instead, he received chili cheese fries, which were greasy and unappetizing. The excess fat on the food was off-putting. When we approached the staff to address the mistakes with our order, all they offered was an apology and a refund for the burger. After a long, tiring day, we were both exhausted and hungry, and to end the day with such poor food and service was incredibly disappointing.

Finally, made it over to Christakis and I am glad I did. This is THE spot for a classic, multi-napkin, juices flowing burger in Lubbock, Texas. I had Bob?s burger which combines grilled onions, cheese, and a big slice of ham. So, so good. I will be back!! Made another visit and Christakis continues to impress. An absolute hole-in-the-wall burger gem for Lubbock. The burgers are gut-busting, juicy, artery clogging morsels of pure joy. #1 burger in Lubbock!

Had a delicious patty melt and an interesting Greek sandwich from here! My friend and I will get another delicious bite to eat from here. Patty melt literally in my mouth suspects that?s why the work melt is part of the name! Super fast ride thru and warm together with delicious dishes directly from the window. Wow, literally finished eating my Christakis Burger and only bite this Burger is delicious! All fresh and hot when you pick it up. What a wonderful place to eat and support. Before we go back to El Paso, we are definitely back for the food and the friendly staff. Support your local restaurants especially this jewel!

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The restaurant was spotless. The burgers were large and absolutely delicious. The fries were crispy, and the onion rings had the perfect crunch. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for your excellent service!

Resl good hamburgers. Small location. But still good service. Fairly popular place. Locally owned.
