We were with Christl tonight. We ate dinkelspätzle with pifferlings and onion pink roasts, served on request with a small mixed salad. Everything tasted excellent. The kitchen team must concentrate on the essential, and this is also good; only the small mixed salad comes almost banal simply, but this should not be negative criticism on the contrary!
