The food was excellent, and our server was good. Food coming from the kitchen (including desserts, which were already baked) was slow, especially considering it wasn't busy, took a while. I don't know if the kitchen wasn't staffed as well as the floor was, but it was a bit surprising given that the dining area was half full or less. I've grown accustomed to this in Florida, but my family members who are local seemed quite surprised with this. When I'm out for a leisurely dinner, I'm okay with it. For those who don't dine out often, word of mouth could prove detrimental in the long run.
The service was great. The cocktails were good. The food was tasty. The Miss Piggy flatbread was very good as were the fried cod taco appetizers. The room was a bit noisy for me but your mileage may vary. Dessert was pound cake (if not Sara Lee then I am much mistaken with some strawberries and whipped cream. Nobody doesn't like Sara Lee. (Including me. The coffee was served luke warm and IMHO you should serve good hot coffee or none at all. The bill was a little pricey but not outrageous. I would return.
The moment you walk in we felt relaxed with the lighting and music. The bar selections were unique and drink service was quick. The vibe of the whole place was really laid back. The food selections were awesome. Had the rib-eye with mashed potatos and brussel sprouts and every bite had so much flavor! Wife had braised spare ribs that were so tender and amazing! Highly recommend the Urban Artifact Teak fruited sour beer and wife had Lemon marangue martini. Am definitely looking forward to going back again!
Had brunch with 2 friends on Sunday October 15, 2023. We all had different things to eat, we were very pleased with the food and waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable ! 5 stars for food and service. Also restaurant very clean including rest rooms. We all tried the homemade desserts very enjoy able, made from scratch! Again 5 stars for food, service and atmosphere! C. West Chillicothe Ohio. As soon as we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and promptly seated us according to our reservation. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. We enjoyed the Sunday brunch, and the food was exceptional—fresh, quickly served, and cooked to perfection. Although the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food justifies it. This was our first time dining here, but it certainly won't be our last!
We really enjoy Christopher’s. The food and service are typically excellent. However, tonight the service was slow, and the restaurant wasn't very busy. The drink menu wasn't organized by draft or bottled options. It felt like an unusual off night compared to our normal experiences there.
One of the best places to eat in the huntington/barboursville area! They have so many unique dishes and such a friendly staff! I recommend the salmon with Brussels sprouts and mac n cheese!
We had excellent service from our waitress. The food was absolutely delicious! I really enjoy dining here, especially for Sunday brunch!
