My mother used to bring me here when I was a child, and now I'm 64. I moved from California to Delaware in 2014, and when I visited ELA to see friends, I knew I had to have a Chronis Pastrami. I was thrilled to find that nothing had changed. They serve the best pastrami I've ever tasted, and nothing else comes close—though THE HAT is a close second. I remember a tall guy with dark hair who used to take your order, calculating the total in his head and always getting it right. If you haven't tried this place, you absolutely should; everything on the menu is fantastic, but if you're craving a pastrami, this is the spot. I'll definitely return whenever I'm in town.
I've been coming here for many years, and it never disappoints. Every Sunday, my parents would take the classic car out for a drive, and we would always stop here for a bite to eat.
Always cruise Whittier Blvd for many years since the 90s and finally came to eat here for the first time this year and I'm definitely coming back

DAMN good chili dogs, will be back to try a burger. The chili was EXCELLENT. Great service too, very cool people.
