The young staff that works there really tries to make your time an enjoyable experience. The older gentleman that works at the front can be a bit short in his speaking to you. Chuck E comes out every 30 minutes and greets the children, takes the time to take pictures and very friendly. They have a good safety system in place to prevent children going out the facility without a parent or gaurdian. The all you can eat salad bar is worth the $11.49. A 30 play point card with wrist coil is $20.00, it last my child about an hour worth of games and rides. Definitely buy the points if your little one is under 5 (less attention span). Great place to take your kids. I personally don't like the Pizza, but my child loves it. The arcade games are great and there is something for every kid. It is definitely one of my sons favorite places. Vegetarian options: There is a salad bar and cheese pizza Kid-friendliness: So kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to hinder a wheelchair. It might be slow navigating around the arcade games, but that is mainly due to the children running around.

I have went for the first time to this place with my niece, she was so happy to go in and see Chucky, paid little over 80 bucks only to be treated as if we did not pay for our food, I don’t know if she was the manager or supervisor but she was rude and kept insisting we did not pay for salad bar, but we had receipt. She kept following us around the salad bar do and we was so uncomfortable, on top of it chunky came out for 2 minutes and never came back out.

Great like always. Kids had a great time. LOOK ONLINE FOR DEALS FIRST They dont tell you they running DEALS when you ask them. Our fault that this has happened multiple times we just forget to check their app for deals. They should really tell customers to check the app instead of lying and saying no deals. We went for a birthday party, and the place was very clean (even the bathroom), well run, everything was working, the party attendant was great and the kids had fun. Food too expensive, a medium pizza, just cheese, nothing else! And 3 small drinks it's $30 !! I can buy at Dominos a large pizza with pepperoni and a 2 L soda for less then $20, games and everything else, it's ok.
