I’m not one to write reviews often. However a situation that occurred tonight has overwhelmed me with so much frustration that the only thing I can do is cry. Unfortunately there was an incident between a family member of mine and an employee where we were told the kitchen was closed and to wait 30 minutes, however the people behind us were able to order right after us with no issue. Chuck E. Cheese here is the BEST worse you can be at. I have very low expectations when I come so I have a ball . However the girls that work here EVERY single one has the worse attitude ever . When arriving at the Chuck E Cheese we were greeted by someone who did not know what they were doing. We got our hand stamped and could not recognize the number of the stamp, so how would they know that our children belonged to us. Next, the person at the counter did not know what he was doing. He informed us that the kitchen was closed and that we could not order for at least 30 minutes, only to find out that was not true 2 minutes later. We had to wait 10 minutes for him to ring us up for 1 (90 minute) card. Next we placed our order for a combo which included 4 sodas, 1 large pizza and 10 bone in wings. Was there tonight with my kids and witnessed a sad situation with not only a staff member but management too. I was Waiting in line to order my kids food and heard the employee tell a young mother the kitchen was backed up and they weren’t taking orders. Not even a minute later she took the next 2 people’s order without any issues. When the mom who was denied service brought it to the managers attention they called the cops and asked her to leave. The service at this restaurant was terrible. We waited over an hour for our pizza order to be taken. When we decided to cancel and get a refund, we were told we would have to wait an additional 30 minutes for the process. The restaurant was excessively crowded and the atmosphere was subpar.
Their service here is Horrible. I ordered my Food as soon as I got there. My Food wasn't ready until an hour and ½ later. By then I was ready to leave. They offered me my money back but it would have have taken, 3 to 5 business days to get it. Don't go there hungry.
I would give a zero if I could. They have horrible customer service they manager is rude. They are unprofessional and the staff smelled like weed… I went for my child's birthday and wasted 200$. I will be calling corporate.
I’m definitely not bringing my son to this one all bad reviews from the same month about the staff and nothing being done but our money taken. It’s a Chuck E. Cheese out south Philly with better reviews tighten up

I recommend that the restaurant starts checking their games more frequently for errors. It would make for a more enjoyable experience for the kids if all games were in proper working order.
This place was dirty, rug was dirty and no soap in ladies bathroom. How are employees washing their hands..not good
