I had my son 4th Birthday Party there yesterday. It was way more then I could have expected in an experience. I?ve had parties at different Chucky Cheese but this location went above and beyond for me. The entire staff was so nice and welcoming from the manager, supervisor and of course our Host Celeste. They made it stress free. My food came out on time, was delicious. My host kept me on time, to make sure everything got done. My son came up to me and he said I love my party. Celeste our host was so sweet and she kept asking if I needed anything the manager and supervisor as well. Best experience at Chucky Cheese by far. Couldn?t been happier. Thank you again !!!!

It has been some time since our last visit, but our recent experience was quite disappointing. Most of the staff appeared to be new and inexperienced, which negatively impacted the customer service. It seemed like there was no one effectively managing the front of house, and the restaurant had an unpleasant smell throughout. During the two hours we spent there, we hardly encountered any staff. I really don't see this place improving unless there are significant changes or investments made, which I genuinely hope will happen. I would hate to see this restaurant fail.

I went with my grandson just to play some games, and we had a great time! They offer several different ways to play, which keeps things interesting. The app provides information on special offers, and if you sign up for their emails, you'll receive exclusive deals as well.

The restaurant is small with a limited selection of games. There aren't many staff members, so it's hard to get quick service when it's busy. The cost of food and games can add up fast, making it quite pricey. Reserva una mesa ahora

I didn't end up dining there, but I wanted to celebrate my grandson's birthday. The venue appeared to be clean. Even though some things didn’t go as expected, my grandson seemed completely unfazed.

I hadn't been there for years. I brought my toddler and he had lots of fun. Pizza was delicious I don't live in this area but I will sure come again. Dining area clean, all employees very kind.

Didn't eat while there. Went to celebrate my grandsons birthday. Place seemed clean. Some rides weren't working but my grandson turned 1. Not like he really noticed.

Well this one didn't smell like dirty feet. Chucky lost alot of weight ..lol my son always enjoys himself here. Clean also can't complain.

Wow! We spent an hour here today but we didn?t eat pizza! My niece played games the whole time.
