We had our son?s birthday here and had a great experience. They were under staffed. 3 different people came to us explaining the situation and saying if we need anything to come find them. The manager DJ was so great. He was super cool and kind. He madesure that even though they were understaffed with multiple parties going that we were still taken care of. Their machines forpayment were down, understaffed, and probably straddled out. Yet we had the best birthday experience for our boy with the bestservice. Everyone on staff today was so great. Dj especially. We really appreciated his attentiveness and how much he made sureour day was still great despite all of the mishaps they were going th...

Worst experience ever. Took my daughter here for her 7th birthday party and got the most expensive package and paid 400 dollars just to not get what we paid for. Didn't receive no goody bags for the kids or souvenir cups that we paid for. My daughter wassupposed to get 3000 tickets and was only given 2000. Received 1 pizza for adults and 2 medium for kids , got charged for 4pizzas but only received 2 medium and 1 large. Supposed to be 4. And all kids were supposed to get 100 tickets on their card butdidn't receive that. Paid over 400 dollars and got absolutely terrible service at that. Never would recommend anyone to comehere.

Place is always pretty clean. Not many rides for the little ones. No more tubes or ball pits (I 'm old . No more animatronic singers. The ticket game don 't give out tickets anymore and don 't all clearly tell you how many digital tickets you win. Some of the games are hard for kids to figure out. I don 't usually order food because the cost is double/triple any other pizza joint. Even pre pandemic, they are always short staffed. You usually have to wait a bit to actually talk to anyone or cash in your tickets. Overall, my kids enjoy the place so I guess it still gets a good rating. :

If you're within an hour's drive, you'll really enjoy places like this! We bought the hour card, which came with an extra 30 minutes for free, and we played until we were worn out. There's a brief 20-second wait between rounds, but it's still a lot of fun to play solo. All the games were functioning well, it was nice and quiet since it was a weekday (thanks to school being in session), and everything was clean. We didn't eat, but I've heard the pizzas are amazing. I think we ended up playing even more than our son did—I even hit my all-time high score, haha! Reserva una mesa ahora

When you live over an hour away from the nearest place like this, you really come to appreciate it! We bought the hourly card with 30 minutes free and played until we were worn out. You do have to wait about 20 seconds between swipes, but it’s still a lot of fun! All the games were in working order, it was quiet on a weekday (a nice advantage of homeschooling), and it was clean. We didn’t eat, but the pizzas here are still delicious. I think we ended up playing more than our child did—I even got my high score, lol! Enjoy!

I visited this place for my niece's 3rd birthday party and was very disappointed. It’s not the Chuck E. Cheese it used to be; it feels like just another overpriced arcade. The pizza was too thin and not very good, and the other food was also unappetizing. To top it all off, I was let down by the fact that they removed the stage where Chuck E. and his friends used to perform. Additionally, the staff was somewhat rude. Overall, I would prefer to spend my money elsewhere and I won’t be coming back.

I went to my niece's 3rd birthday party and was quite disappointed. It didn't live up to the Chuck E. Cheese experience I had anticipated; it felt more like just another overpriced arcade. The pizza was too thin, although some of the other food was passable. I was also disappointed that the characters didn't perform on stage as we had expected. Additionally, the staff were a bit rude. Overall, I would rather spend my money elsewhere and don't plan to return.

This seems to be a relatively new restaurant, and everything is well-kept and clean. I thought it would be busy on a Sunday, but it turned out to be less crowded than I expected. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made our visit enjoyable. The kids had a wonderful time. Reserva una mesa ahora

This appears to be a newer establishment, as everything was fresh and well-maintained. I anticipated a busy Sunday crowd, but to my surprise, it wasn't overly crowded. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The kids really enjoyed themselves too!
