I was really excited to celebrate my son's birthday here, it was the first time we wanted to celebrate it here, the first thing I noticed was that the band of the Animatronics was not there, it had a huge black tarp that covered it, so all our pictures have that and they didn't even notify us because our package was included a song from there, we added Goodie bags. We felt really abandoned and I was so angry, but we just left it that I wanted my son to have a good birthday. My husband told the manager and she gave us a discount, no excuse just said, okay this is your new sum. A discount doesn't fix her mistake. I'm just writing this review so I might be able to save others a bad time at Chuc...
It took almost 45 minutes to be ready for the food order and when I asked after 20 minutes of waiting. I was just told that it would take a few more minutes because it was just started. I got no reason and no excuse for the delay. I have been working in hospitality for over 20 years, 10 as a restaurant manager, so I would have understood the situation, but the treatment I was given was not professional or service oriented in my opinion. I was also not satisfied with the process of leaving my comments on the company website.
We had a wonderful time celebrating my son's 4th birthday! Our party host was outstanding! She went above and beyond our expectations, and my son had a fantastic experience. We're very pleased with the service we received from her! We will definitely return and request them for any future parties we have.
I absolutely love this place! It's such a nostalgic spot that brings me back to the late 80s and early 90s. I used to work here, and my kids always enjoyed coming as well. Now, I take my grandson, who loves hearing all the stories from those times. Thank you for the wonderful memories!
After a few years of not having been to this Chuck E. Cheese let me tell you guy's it's well kept. Everything was super clean all the games were working and the staff was awesome ?. And actually the pizza taste way better and that's the reason I'm giving them 5 stars.
