When it was busy we walked out without someone checking our numbers and people walked in without gettingstamped. We stood there waiting too. Came for our granddaughter's birthday party. Saturday's crowd includes hundreds of children with their parents, in many cases, grandparents. It's loud, chaotic, happy.<br/ <br/ I had their Cali Alfredo thin-crust pizza with fresh mushrooms, crumbled sausage, spinach, chicken breast slices, modest portion of Alfredo sauce. I thought it was excellent.<br/ <br/ The choices in draft beers needs some serious attention however. One's options are Bud or Bud light. For an Anglo-Saxon type of dark, stout, robust beer drinker these offerings are akin to ice water. The food was subpar and overpriced, so I wouldn't dine here again—it was a total waste of money. The driving and arcade games are fun, which is the main reason to go, but some machines are getting old and simply eat up points without letting kids play. We had to ask for refunds on points several times.
I'm giving it three stars because the games are great, but the food and service leave much to be desired. Also, there are no more tokens or tickets; everything is on cards, which takes away some of the fun since the kids can't see their winnings.
All the staff are really nice and the guy came and Took photos with my son and all the kids I didn’t even have to ask it was pretty cool I had one problem at the end with a double charge but I went up there and they were really nice and took care of it on the spot I showed her my online banking Even though they told me it was a corporation Error not there’s we cleared everything up so it wasn’t even a hiccup to my party It was great and all the kids were tired at the end my son had a good time that’s what mattered

The reception staff were friendly and greeted us with smiles. There were plenty of games for toddlers and young children, but unfortunately, none of the machines were dispensing tickets. Although there was a place to redeem tickets for toys, it wasn't very helpful. Many games were designed to earn tickets, but since no one could actually collect them, those machines were largely ignored. Additionally, a few arcade games were out of order and seemed to be reserved for the employees.

First time here. Quiet a few games were not working, need of repair. Counted 6+. Seating area needs to be wiped down more and fill up the napkin holders. Over 8 tables had no napkins in its holder. Bathrooms please clean more often. And the shark cupcakewas delicious...presentation was awful. Looked like a dark sad cookie monster. The shark had no fin. See photo ????

This place has definitely upgraded, the games are so addicting and I was surprise to only see 2 games not working . I Love how they stopped the tickets and made it just go all directly to your playcard. My kids love to come here on there birthday.Lots offun, pizza is so good and a bit pricey so i expect it to look good last time my pizza wasnt made with much love.
Great Re-Opening Party!! They went all out The kids had an amazing time having free play and cake and then Chick and his friends all cane and spent time dancing and taking pictures with the kids for hours. It was amazing. Wish they had more events like that in the future.
