Be careful if you have a birthday party there, they will steal the gifts! We asked for camera shots, and they left us free! We had to call the police at this facility? I have videos from several employees who claim that this is always happening that staff always steal gifts. Has tried to call companies, but they send us back to the store again and again? tried to give them time to take pictures and apology, but so far nothing, we are involved lawyers! UPDATE: 10/17/22 WE STILL HAVENT SEEN FOOTAGE, actually it was kidnapped! Don't come here! Lawyers are now involved! The answer to this comment, did nothing, they sent us to another department.

I brought my children here into their costumes because they 're doing a Halloween deal when your children go in costume, you get a certain amount of points/tickets, but its only until the end of the month! The manager in this place where I believe his name is Stephan, he went beyond and beyond with his service. He used very well with the few staff he had even tho it is a Monday, so I suppose it is a slow day, but still the team and the manager gave my children and I a great experience. Ps. I only have one of my kids in the picture with Chuck E. Cheese

The staff was very friendly. The manager Patrik went beyond and beyond to meet the needs of my son. There was a time when the machine no longer worked and we? he tried to find out what was going on and we lost time for our games he was able to repay us or time that was so brilliant. Thank you.

Had an amazing visit and this location. If you haven't gone you must go. MAKE SURE TO LOOK FOR JOYCE AND GET YOUR SUMMER FUN PASS AND SAVS 40 PERCENT TIL AUGUST. SHE was such a joy to speak to and really makes you feel welcome
