Chuck's Roadhouse Grill Welland

Upon our arrival at the restaurant, we were quickly greeted and shown to our table! We received a booth as we had requested in our reservation. Our server was friendly, and the service was efficient. Our meals came out fresh and hot, and they were absolutely delicious! Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience for all four of us! Thank you!

Would have rated everything higher except they ran out of ribs on the rib night special. We should have been told this upon entering. Waitress apologized several times and explained the situation. Under the circumstances she was very good. As a courtesy a complementary drink or some type of gift card would have been appreciated.

Our waiter was quite the social butterfly, chatting for a long time while he had to manage a large number of tables. Fortunately, another staff member came by to assist him. The food was enjoyable and offered good value for money.

The staff was excellent, but my chicken sandwich was merely average. The restaurant is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I'm looking forward to returning to sample other items on the menu.

Dirtiest restaurant I’ve been too. The bathroom smelt like a barn. The salad was saturated in dressing with bones in the chicken. Even the waitress was embarrassed!
