Love this place. From humble beginnings, to seasonal opening schedule, to almost closing their doors pre-pandemic, to becoming a neighborhood anchor after the pandemic started to decline. Outdoor patio is great, indoor patio is great if it is raining, to the very friendly and engaging staff. Shawn2 and Jessica will make you feel at home. Come experience the food, it’s legit! Drinks are great, beers are cold. Don’t leave without trying the guac and chips. Holy Moly! There is something for everyone at Chupacabra!Kid-friendliness: Kids of all ages are welcome.
Waited 15 minutes for a drink. They were out of most food menu options, including chips and salsa. The one margarita with the required service charge and no salt rim available was $14 for a plastic 10 oz
This place is a gem. The fish tacos I just had were amazing. Gary was the best from the moment we sat down here. A+ Service A+ Food. Will absolutely be back! Thank you for the experience!
We are visiting from Texas and the food, atmosphere and staff were all amazing! Thu is the best server we’ve had in DC. She sat and chatted with us and was so fun and welcoming!
