It's not worth visiting unless you have nothing else to do and want to spend your Sunday morning getting yelled at. I went in for two bagels, and there were 7-8 people behind me with larger orders. After 15 minutes, I noticed people who came in after me were being served and leaving with their food. When I inquired about my order, the woman behind the counter snapped, "Can’t you see what I’ve got here?" I expressed that I thought orders would be handled in the sequence they were placed. I recently visited this restaurant for the first time since I’m new to the area. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a cinnamon raisin bagel. However, what I received was bacon that was overcooked and crumbled into charred bits—definitely not the strips I was expecting. In the picture, you can barely see any actual bacon. Instead, there are just tiny, blackened pieces in my sandwich. It was quite disappointing, and now I'm experiencing heartburn as a result.
Great service and very friendly usually, but how do you interpret butter as peanut butter and put that on a bagel instead … Really? One of the workers was in the back taking forever for that order as well and claimed “he didn’t know he had to make the orders”. I do really love this place nonetheless and will be back but some workers really do need to be more attentive.
Called in an feta and spinach omelette with home fries. Instead I got fried eggs with raw spinach stuck to them. Was so hungry I ate the one fried egg. The home fries were inedible. Very disappointed by what is supposed to be a simple meal gone wrong. I’ve had their bagels here , they’re decent.

This is undoubtedly the best spot for bagels in the area. The bagels are fresh, the sandwiches are delicious, and the staff is fantastic. Whether I dine in or get takeout, Church St is always my top choice. Plus, they're available on DoorDash!
Good coffee.Very disappointed that there are four girls standing around behind the coffee station having a conversation, on their phones, eating and not noticing the customers waiting for their orders. So unprofessional
Great food. Absolutely delicious bagels. Good cream cheese options. Pastrami is lovely. My only complaint is that they shut down the grill an hour before closing. Not enough to lose a star.
