I visited on the weekend; while there was a good crowd, it wasn’t overwhelmingly busy, which is a plus given the spacious interior that can accommodate a large number of guests. The beer menu is extensive, with pints priced around $8. It’s on the higher side, but that’s typical for a smaller craft brewery. My favorite was the Cerberus, a lactose-free hazy IPA. The food options are pretty appealing too, with shareables like the Giant Soft Pretzel costing about $9, alongside pizzas and pork sliders, as they have a strong barbecue theme. They also feature live entertainment, which adds to the vibrant atmosphere. Even though it's located in an industrial park, the ambiance is quite nice once yo...

Once again, I found myself at a brewery where I didn’t sample any of the drinks. My sister really enjoyed the Kölsch and a few other beers, and she decided to buy some crawlers to take home. Our host raved about the oatmeal cookie stout and another beer aged in a bourbon barrel. There was a live singer who was quite talented, but he finished his set by 8:30, and shortly after, the place emptied out. One downside was the unpleasant smell of rotting garbage that seemed to linger, possibly because the brewery is located near a waste facility.

I sampled all of their sour beers, and the Lemon Cream Sour was definitely my favorite. I'm not usually a big fan of German beers, but I found the ItascaFest Marzen Lager to be quite enjoyable. I passed on the delicious-looking pizzas and instead ordered the Sriracha Maple Bacon, which was incredibly flavorful. I'll definitely return to try their pizzas next time. I also enjoyed some live music by a performer named Johnny Don, who is a talented storyteller worth checking out.

The IPAs were excellent, and the friendly service made the experience even better! The restaurant is genuinely dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. We were traveling from out of state with our dog and had a hard time finding places that truly welcomed pets and offered on-site parking, as suggested by Google reviews. The staff was incredibly helpful and recommended a few other dog-friendly spots we could check out during our visit. Reserva una mesa ahora

Fantastic beer, food, and atmosphere! The beer selection is outstanding, featuring some delightful surprises. The old fashioned cocktail is exceptional as well. This is a full-service brewery, offering wine, soda, and mixed drinks too. It’s definitely a great destination, complete with a lovely backyard that's dog-friendly. We will definitely be returning!

This was my second visit, and if you're indecisive about your choices, maybe it's best to skip it. I absolutely loved all the stouts! I can't wait to see what selections will be available next time.

Good beer and good food! Came at lunch time and brought our food and beer out back to enjoy on a table.
