This place is amazing. I cannot recommend it enough. Their selection of teas is incredible and I loved going to their shops when I lived nearby. They even have purple tea, which is still a rather niche type of tea, but one of my favorites. I was always blown away by the vast selection they have and always found something new and interesting. However, what really sealed the deal for me was when I moved away and started ordering online. Easy process and everything was beautifully packaged. When one of the teas I sent was different from what I ordered, they were extremely helpful in ensuring I received the proper tea instead, free of charge. Amazing customer service all around.
The staff was incredibly helpful in helping me choose a variety of teas to bring back to Buffalo. The teas themselves are outstanding, and I've been thoroughly enjoying trying out all the different selections—my personal favorite so far is the Irish Breakfast. If you love tea, this place is a must-visit! I'm now considering their subscription services as well.
Amazing prices on teas! One ounce starts at 3.95 and gets you 10-12 cups. Most of the herbal wellness teas started at this price. We came in near closing and the team working assured us we we could take our time even though we wanted to rush.

I was searching for a blue Betty tea pot and Churchills has the best prices in the US, much better than Amazon. I also had a customer service issue and they took care of it promptly. Excellent products price and great customer service.

We visited Churchill's Fine Teas on a Finley Market Food Tour. That was the best cup of tea I'd ever had. Going to order Advent Tea now to try out even more of their fine teas.
