Unbelievably slow service at the drive thru after sitting way too long at the intercom. So, had to drive around and wait 10 more minutes behind one car, as they gossiped with the window employee like it was a family reunion. Then they were out of mash potatoes and gravy bit had the sides that cost extra money, which seems like a scam. Laziness and extreme slowness seems to be a very common trait at Tuscaloosa drive thrus: prove me wrong.
