There is a reason this location has a 2.3 rating. Let's start with the rude worker that was on the register at 5:00 on 9-06-23. She was about to serve me look like old expired mac and cheese when I asked her how long before the fresh would be ready ,she said 15 minutes. When I returned, she was still serving customers the old stuff, which I couldn't believe, so when I told her to let me see my order, she got an attitude and it sounded like she told me to STFUP. The owner needs to get more involved before this location gets shut down!
Went to Church's in Bakersfield on our trip back from LA. Parking lot was deserted... not a good sign. My husband got 6 piece chicken, I got chicken sandwich. My sandwich was cold and nasty. Chicken was hard and chewy, mayonnaise had turned greasy color instead of white. I took a few bites and tossed it. Our other chicken had been sitting, not very fresh, definitely sub par. I wouldn't recommend this location.
Horrible food. I ordered chicken, had to wait 22 minutes for the chicken to cook. Once received, it was hard and overcooked. I gave the order back to the cashier and told her about my disappointment. They told me to wait another 20 minutes for fresh chicken.. when they gave me the second order, it too was hard and overcooked. Then attempted to give me a hard time when I asked for a refund
Why why I gotta get cold chicken for my family meal so I gotta re cook my chicken only thing was hot was the summer heat I could put my chicken on my car in reheated it in the drive thru and the Mac cheese please stop it frfr I understand now when they say who made the potato salad cause anit no way this Mac n cheese is nasty patsely looking like leftover nasty

I used to like their chicken but today I got chicken tenders and 10 piece thigh and legs. It was the worst chicken I ever had. Dry as dust and absolutely no season to the crust. They were great before, don't know what happened, but won't get it ever again.
After spending 20 minutes in the drive through my drink was wrong and the chicken is super greasy, i used to love the honey biscuit but now you barely taste any honey and the biscuit is hard.. went down hill after covid.
Service is great, drive through person is always very pleasant. Food is good, chicken is better than KFC by a long shot.My biggest issue is there's always something wrong with the drinks machine.
From the host to the servers, the staff's professionalism and warmth combined to create an outstanding dining experience. Their efforts truly set this restaurant apart.

Spicy chicken is really good and not even super greasy.Parking: Good location especially to drive in when there's traffic.
Customer service always been great. And foodd delicious. Wait time not too long.
