Church's Chicken - Reservar una mesa

We waited for about 20 minutes before being seated. Once we were at our table, the waitress tried to upsell us. We ordered a 10-piece chicken meal, but only received 9 pieces. To make matters worse, we realized they had forgotten to give us the cookies we ordered. The manager was seated instead of working and could have been more productive, such as cleaning the fingerprint-stained windows. This lack of leadership was disappointing. The only positive aspect of our visit was that the chicken was served hot. However, missing biscuits and unsatisfactory chicken taste led us to decide that this would be our last visit to the restaurant.

almost $3 paid for an additional wing. drive with my command gone to find out that they didn't put the wing there. second time in the drive thru (at least 25 minutes) they tell me that they have no wings and can give me a refund for the wing. I said you're making me $3 for an extra? Finally he gave me a breast, but it was easy. everything is too expensive. they go thru qait too long. they sell things they don't have.

The staff was polite, but I will not be returning to this restaurant. The food was awful, and when I realized my order was completely wrong, I went inside and was appalled by how dirty it was. The chef was handling food while also touching garbage, and only washed his hands after I complained to the manager. Health inspectors need to visit this place immediately.

Horrible. Got my order all wrong. Forgot the large potaotes and gravy. Young lady had no clue how to ring up their menu items. No prices listed on the family meals. 8pc family meal with 1 side and 4 biscuits is $23! I used to work at a fast food place and I remember selling 8 pc chicken meal for 7.99. won't be going back

Hit and Miss, sometimes it's good, sometimes not so much. I was here and they were actually from chicken. They seem to be understated.
