Church's Texas Chicken

When you don't want to pay for overpriced burgers and hot dogs $20 each) at these tourist trap restaurants near the Standing on the Corner tourist site, head to Church's. A fulfilling meal cost the 2 of us less than $20! The chicken was hot, juicy, very tasty--just as I remembered as a child. David, our cashier, was very helpful. You could tell he liked his job and wanted to do it well. Hard to find good workers nowadays.

We placed a large order for a family of four, and everything we got was correct and delicious! It was the first time I had ever tried their fried chicken instead of tenders or a sandwich, and it was PERFECT! Great crispy skin, great flavor and very juicy. I love eating here when we are in town from Flagstaff.

Cold food, had to get fresh. The lady at the counter was not so friendly. Except for the younger gentleman he was nice and had good energy. Give the food 4 out of 10. Threw away half of our food. Way overpriced and definitely not returning again.

I absolutely love the tenders meal; it's perfect in every way. The cheese bombers are incredibly tasty and have just the right amount of spice. I'm a big fan!

I love fried Okra and this is the only place in town to get some if I don't make it at home. Mine's better though ??
