I ordered the 18-piece chicken special for a family dinner, along with four sides, and picked it up at the drive-thru. I was pleased to find that the food was ready when I arrived. I double-checked with the staff member to confirm that everything was in the bag, and she assured me it was. However, when I got home, I found that there were no biscuits—none at all! I had even ordered extras because my kids love them. I ended up missing out on those tasty buttermilk biscuits. On the bright side, the food is still very good!
Counter help messed up on my paid order they should've paid attention to their own receipt as to what I ordered. My job as a paying customer is NOT to recheck their job. All they responded was for me to return for missing parts no compensation for my time or GAS nothing was offered for my inconvenience. All chicken pieces are smaller too bad their prices don't match up. Will not plan to do any more business with them

Although this Church's Chicken has a mediocre reputation, I found it to be quite the opposite. I had a wonderful experience and the food was fantastic. The employees were alright, but while I was waiting for my meal, I met some really interesting people both inside and outside the restaurant. I loved it!
The food at Church's Texas Chicken is excellent, and I especially love their biscuits and mashed potatoes. The staff is also very friendly. However, the area can feel a bit uncomfortable at times because of the number of people hanging around nearby.

I had a fantastic experience. My family loves their original chicken sandwich. The service is always prompt and friendly. I highly recommend it!
