I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant for the first time after coming from the city. However, I had to wait over 45 minutes just to get our order together. As we drove by again, I noticed the cashier serving food while coughing over the chicken. Then she turned around to take our order with her mask pulled down. After waiting another 25 minutes, we were informed that the credit card machines were down. It was an absolute disaster! I ended up having to cancel my order when she announced that they could only accept cash half an hour later. Good Lord, what a hot mess this place is!
Well, I don't eat a church so much, but these special churches I always have fresh hot chicken with the fresh abode, but one thing that bothers me is the car thru as soon as three cars get into the drive thru, you have to sit in the street to get in the direction, it's right at the entrance and with all the traffic on Jonesboro road sometimes you have to move in and then turn around... Looks like a new... But let's see how you are all redesigning the outside and making it more convenient for your customers instead of causing accidents...
This Church's Chicken has been around since I've been a kid I remember as a kid when I used to walk to the West end Mall where my parents and I would always see that Church's Chicken there's plenty of time that that particular Church's Chicken has fed my entire family here today I'm 37 years old and that Church's Chicken is still around and they are still doing what they do there thank you for the people who suggested a better meal plan for me they've always been helpful and always made sure that the community eat
If there was a way I could give no stars I WOULD. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY THE LADY IN THE DRIVE THRU WITH THE DREADS. HER ATTITUDE WAS SO NASTY I DIDNT EVEN WANT HER TO FIX MY FOOD. EWW CHILE....I CANT DEAL WIT NASTY ATTITUDES OVER MY FOOD. I DONT CARE IF IT IS JUST CHICKEN. I REQUESTED A REFUND FROM MY $16 ORDER. I DIDNT WANT THE FOOD OR THE SERVICE. THE 2 MEN WHO ARE COOKING AND BOXING UP FOOD NEED TO BE MANAGING AND RUNNING THE STORE. THIS STORE IS DEFINITELY A TRAIN WRECK.......Ms Cookie

I have no calls with churches I mean you know being in the quote unquote Hood it was a great experience the waitress she was very very nice and cordial she was quick to take my order and quick to get it out to me she even made substitutions for things that they may not have had ready at the time and didn't overcharge me just compensated the order that she couldn't fulfill completely with something else
This place had an interesting drive through. The person that was taking our order wasn't pleasant to five our order to and the place just doesn't seem clean at all. Their oil had an after taste which meant that, they needed to change their oil. I wanted just drum sticks and had to pay extra for drum sticks. Really? What store does that?? Smh..that's bad business.
I spend 32 at 4498 Jonesboro Rd churches chicken And it was horrible I had to feed my kids that dry chicken and after getting home with the chicken I was very disappointing I would like a refund
I received soggy fries packed in a twisted Church's Chicken bag, and the smell was terrible. Most of the fries were already dumped into the bag. However, the biscuits were good.

Probably would have been good if the wait time wasn't so incredible. 20 minutes just to be told you're out of chicken. Sheesh!
Customer service is horrible they never had what they sale witch is chicken the chicken was extra greasy and half done.
