Church's Texas Chicken

My first and last time here. I heard a lot about it, but when I went there, the staff still seemed to be trained by the owner. Eating came in good time, but when fed, portions were not what I expected. 3 small tenders, like a part of less than half the chicken breast, 1 biscuit, which was expected and 5 pieces onion rings. Really? Not to mention, everything was oily and had a very bad aftertaste of deep frying. Not sure if they know to clean their oil. Never again!

Ordered Fire sandwich from this Churchs branch and what I got was a regular chicken sandwich filled with a lot of hot sauce to make it spicy as u can see in the picture. I don 't know why they did it they should have just told me if it wasn 't available.. And it was ready in like 5mins and I remember it always takes around 15mins... Really disappointed not gonna visit this branch again.

My family prefers the chicken at Church's over at Popeyes. Daily specials available and nice side dish options-like the honey butter biscuits. Staff at this location are kind and efficient. I did have a small issue with my order-but was rectified without hesitation. Would recommend and will return!

I took 2 Mexicana Wraps today. The wraps were not cooked properly. They were half grilled!!!!! I called the store thrice and no one is answering the phone. I threw both the wraps in garbage. I would appreciate if management can reach out to me. Thanks

I chose to overlook the mix-up, but the quality of the food was lacking. Each piece was heavily battered with no crispiness—just bland pieces that were overly floury. I've attached photos for reference. Please address the quality issues.

This restaurant takes a long time to process orders because the staff member is often preoccupied with their phone. The food is quite disappointing, so I wouldn't recommend spending your money here.

The food was not fresh. After going through all the reviews, I requested them to prepare fresh fries, but they arrived very cold. Additionally, the customer service was disappointing.

The biscuits are amazing, fries and chicken were pretty good. Chicken are big pieces compared to KFC. I do like the spicy chicken the most and it has a good crispy texture.
