Church's Texas Chicken

I really hate to leave only 3 stars, but that really is a gift. I was so looking forward to Church's. it is a chain and most of them are super. Sadly, this one fails. The drive thru can take up to 35 minutes to get to the speaker and that is not when it is crowded. After that you will wait a very long time for your food and please check your food, because ours was wrong and that was not fun. We ordered all white meat box, we got all dark meat, we ordered mac and cheese, it was so dry, it was not something we could eat. The biscuits were good and we liked those. The staff seems to be miserable and they show it. They don't seem to want to listen as you place your order. I will go back and give...

Worst place ever they are rude to you here I ordered chicken that said it came with 3L sides or 2L sides 6 biscuits so I choose the second one and they argue with me about the biscuits not being includes even though it said there 2L SIDES 6 BISCUITS so I said okay whatever then when I left I saw he had gave me the biscuits but he only gave me 5 also they make people wait on purpose I herd them saying let them wait I'm definitely calling corporate.

I waited about an hour and no one took my order through the speaker, so I moved forward thinking it was broken. I waited 10 minutes and told the guy there that no one took my order and he told me I had to go in and order there, but the woman behind him was very rude and refused to take my order, but she took the command of the person behind me and could not take mine.... really bad service, I will never go back there again.

Went on a Saturday you could not go in and order your food try to order in the Drive-Thru but I was told and the person that the window was very rude and Ill mannered I was told you have to have a car to order food a woman in a car she had to order my food I like churches but this is not the first time that I had problems ordering on the weekend very disappointed in the rudeness of the people that work there

what was the problem at church’s chicken took too long to get my food I was in there for like 25 minutes there were four people there working and it wasn’t so many people inside and then when I got my phone the dame turned my kies over in my bag I had to go back and wait 10 minutes before I got a help, there were four people who were working there before that time and then that I was getting back in

Jose works here and he is one of the best team members that the church has, everything was on the point from the ride to the order someone must give him an increase because he keeps from this world with his service bravo my friend the good work

I have always been a fan of Church's Chicken, but my recent experience was disappointing. The fried okra looked appetizing with its golden color, but it was undercooked and left a bad taste in my mouth. I do not plan on dining there again.

Won't be going back the drive thru person was new and was scared to take any orders the other person kept saying pull up to the window and I'll take your order here took nearly a 1/2 hr to take and get my order

Huhn the worst and customer service eating was cold and half burned. twice did they turn my door-disc driver? away said that they are closed after waiting in the drive thru for my order. never again

Good roasted chicken on Friday night with the cold beer on your side. But the workers work there, they are rude.
