Church's Texas Chicken

Horrible Customer Service, first time I have ever had to call to talk to a manager or make a bad review. Lady who took my order was very rude and acted like she couldn’t care less. I asked for honey mustard and was told to ask at the window. I get to the window and the lady says nothing and just holds her hand out for the card, I then ask for napkins and honey mustard and she looks at me and says nothing. After she gives me my food and card back I realized I didn’t have napkins or sauce and said ma’m three times getting louder each time. But she was too busy having her back turned to the window talking to a co-worker so when I arrived at home I called and asked to speak to a manager. The lad...

I have never had a problem here before… I usually order a 24 pc Tender 1/2 Spicy and 1/2 reg, and a 8 piece meal for my family…. Usually it’s decent… my go-to…. TONIGHT is a different story. We ordered our food got it and drove 25 mins home just to find out our Chicken Tenders we’re NOT done, at all. I tried calling the store, and guess what… phones off the hook… imagine that. I’ll be contacting the general manager in the morning

The lobby was closed at 6pm on a Saturday night. I understand there are employee shortages everywhere these days, but we weren't anticipating eating in our car. That being said, if there are no patrons inside your store, more attention should be paid to the quality of food. Most of the chicken tenders in the box were old dry. However, the cold slaw that biscuit were really good!

My son and myself went on a whim since we both like Church's chicken. The small restaurant area was dirty, out of a few drinks and several food items and sauces. The manager or supervisor was super friendly, apologetic and knowledgeable. Our Chicken t sers and dirty rice was still ! Reserva una mesa ahora

Food is good, staff is nice, the building good use a remodel unfortunately. I would still go though if looking for something different in the fried chicken dept

This place is horrible and scary filthy in the dining area. Food isn't great either. A disgrace to the Church's fried chicken legacy.

Food was delicious! Exactly what I ordered! There was a long waiting line, but moved pretty quick. Order was exactly as requested.

Food was good and it was hot. Didn't have to wait in drive thru long at all.
