Churrascaria Katatau

If it was good it was a long time ago! Yesterday, 02 23 2023, I had the displeasure of dining at this steakhouse. We went to the barbecue and were informed that they are only working on rotation during the day, claiming that they are moving to Jabaquara. Even so, we went for the kebabs option. According to the staff, the dishes serve three people for days. I could eat the black they served us alone! Furthermore, fried food, totally greasy fries, watery beans and vinaigrette only had water. I have never spent money so badly as I did yesterday! We ordered an additional one with rice and more fries so we could eat and sleep 30 minutes with the house empty. I had to complain for it to arrive at our table. My uncle and his family, who were at another table and ordered the same as us, had to eat all the dry trimmings because his meat was served after us and all the other customers who arrived later. When paying, they even had the audacity to charge the service fee. I refused to pay and said I was very dissatisfied and the food was horrible! They said they didn 't believe it and I insisted that they come to the table to see the veracity of the fact. My girlfriend didn 't even eat the food!! Finally, they gave me a card from them, they said again that they are moving and that next time I should go there and pay a visit... I leave this comment here so that no one is disappointed when entering this restaurant, as I was!!

Terrible place, the employees were lost, they didn't know how to serve, there was no cold soda, the orders were all wrong, they couldn't explain what was happening. The customers (who have nothing to do with the place) are super rude, leaving us embarrassed.
