Irónicamente, esta es una cororía que hace con Churros de gluten para que no sea una cocina dedicada, pero nunca tuve una mala experiencia porque él y sus trabajadores son todos tan conscientes y tan cautelosos. Si sabe que eres celíaco, tendrá mucho cuidado. Desde hace 20 años que vive en Los Villares, todo el mundo en la ciudad es muy consciente, sin gluten y cómo cocinarlos con seguridad. La mayoría de los lugares tienen pan y cerveza GF y te dirán dónde están los riesgos de contaminación cruzada.
