Churromania International Mall

Desde hace mucho compramos churros en ese lugar nunca hemos tenido que empacar los churros para llevar, hoy me encontré con la novedad que los clientes tenemos que empacarlos, eso fue lo que me dejo saber Katherineempleada del lugar quien me dijo de manera verbal que a ella no le pagaban por empacar los churros, me pareció un comentario grosero y fuera de lugar, es una lástima que por personas como esas dañen la reputación de un lugar donde laamabilidad, la cortesía y el buen servicio deberían ser prioridad.

Worst customer service ever, the lady was extremely rude. We got there 1 hour before closing and it was already closed. There were 3 employees and she said that they were closed because they didn?t have enough people and she had 12 hours working. Don?t go there!

It says on here that they close 7:30 pm but this is how it looks at 6:10 pm. The gentleman said they were closed. ???????????
