I'm not sure how anyone rates this place AT LEAST 4 stars for this place. My husband and I are regulars here as well as my mother and I. We regularly have mom/daughter dates here. Is it authentic Mexican? No. Is it top-notch Tex Mex? ABSOLUTELY! We always get the best service here and I found out tonight it's because of the management. You know, they say it trickles down from the top. Our server let us know that the cadence is a have fun, laid back, customer comes first. It's a very laid-back environment. We saw the manager busting his butt, busing tables while also running food. You know he is probably an awesome manager to work for. I thought he was the owner because he was dressed so relaxed but I was informed that indeed was the manager. I thought that was pretty cool. Anyway, the chips, salsa and jalapeño ranch are a must, 10/10. I always get the Mexi-Cobb salad and my husband always gets the fajitas because they are so good. This time he got beef only but most of the time he gets the mix of beef and chicken. Everything was hot, fresh and absolutely scrumptious. The margaritas were on point and super strong but still tasty and our server was awesome. I think her name was Alyssa but she had a great sense of humor and made our date night super fun. We get this level of service every time we go there because I think the employees really love their job. 1000/10 I would absolutely recommend. Best tres leches in all of the land by the way, IYKYK.

I went for lunch at Chuy's on 281 and 1604. I have been there many times and I like it. I didn't look at the menu I usually order one of the two favorite things. I ordered the chili Rellenos. The waiter said they don't have them anymore. So I ordered the taco salad. Had it many times before served in a crispy taco bowl. The taco salad came with all the ingredients in a bowl but not in a taco shell or even with taco chips. The waiter informed me they don't serve it in a bowl anymore. So I took chips out of the bowl they give you at the beginning and put it in the salad. Very disappointing. I can find other Mexican restaurants to go to.

Really wasn't that great! Run off the mill TeX Mex. So many better places with exact same prices but better quality food.3 stars because the server was amazing. Left her a nice tip. She made the experience worth it. Didn't catch her name.Drinks taste more like juice no alcohol water down. Not sure if I will return.

A quick light dinner and a mango margarita! Left with satisfaction, a full belly and rests!!! Always a great place to get a delicious meal. However, you need to redesign the interior. Not sure what Elvis and the 50s have to do with Mexican food, but I'm digressing! Food: 5/5
