I am truly at a loss for words tonight because of their amazing kindness. I can't express my gratitude enough! I ordered the Ciao salad with the house dressing, and it was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious! My husband opted for the Pineapple Jalapeño burger and was quite impressed by its creativity and flavor. He couldn’t stop complimenting the fresh-cut fries! Thank you so much! This place will definitely become a regular spot for us!
Ciao needs to enhance its staffing. We waited 15 minutes just to place our drink order, another 15 minutes for our food order, and then an additional 30 to 45 minutes for our meals to be served. Moreover, the music in the bar area was excessively loud. The restaurant needs to decide if it wants to be a bar or an upscale dining venue, as the two atmospheres do not mix well.

The food was outstanding, and the customer service was superb. Our waitress and the owner both came by several times to make sure we were satisfied, and our drink refills were prompt. We had a fantastic dinner experience. The owner gave us a warm welcome, and the service was exceptional. My husband chose the Meat of the Day, a ribeye steak, and it was cooked to perfection. We enjoyed our evening so much that we decided to check out the bar area as well. What an amazing spot!
The food here is amazing! You can truly savor the freshness and the attention to detail that goes into each dish. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal!
