El sábado pasado celebramos nuestro aniversario con el menú de degustación de Ronquio y fue una experiencia maravillosa. La comida es deliciosa, un mundo de sabores y descubrimientos desde el momento en que entramos al restaurante y nos sumergimos en la gastronomía de Jaén. Además, la atención del equipo es de 10 y el servicio es excelente. Nos sentimos como en casa. Por cierto, la combinación de cerveza y vino es muy recomendable, fue una sorpresa descubrir el licor de crema de cerveza. Estamos deseando volver pronto y probar nuevos platos y sabores. Disappointment. We went because of the good ratings and comments. The general service and attention was very good. We chose the tasting menu and the beer and wine pairing. The dishes, except for two or three that I liked, fell short of my expectations. I do not recommend the pairing of drinks at all, you share the craft beers and you barely have enough to drink, to the point that we had to ask for a bottle of water because we were thirsty and they did not hesitate to charge it after paying about €30 for the pairing, yes I don't remember wrong. That seemed pretty cheap to me for the price you pay. In short, for value for money I would not return there.

We came here with our vegetarian friend, because we wanted to go somewhere special with her. (It is extremely difficult in Jaén province to find decent vegetarian food. This little restaurant was willing and able to provide us with this. The food was delicious, well presented, the people were really friendly, the downstairs cave is cool and beautiful, and we definitely will return to try the other non-vegetarian dishes! Many thanks.

Restaurante en Úbeda, con un excelente menú degustación. Cada plato es una delicia y cada uno está perfectamente explicado por el personal. Comimos en la parte inferior, que es una cueva; es pequeña pero hermosa y vale mucho la pena. Spectacular restaurant, with an innovative proposal that at the same time embraces the tradition of the province of Jaén. Privileged area of Úbeda. We took the Ronquío menu and spent about 3 hours with about 15 very tasty tapas, very elaborate and very well explained.
