Cicis - Reserva de mesa

I recently moved to Naples and had my first experience at a CiCi's. When we arrived, Philip warmly greeted us. He was very polite and attentive. The restaurant was clean, and the buffet was well-stocked, even though we arrived shortly after lunch. I will definitely return. Great job, Philip and team! I wasn't sure if we were supposed to leave a tip, but the lady who cleared the tables definitely earned one—she worked incredibly hard!

I?ve been coming here for several years and it?s always good! This used to be our go to place for birthdays when my nieces and nephews were toddlers. They are now in their teens ? and now my husband and I eat here frequently. The food is always great, but the staff is exceptional! Phil is the best and all of the employees seem to take after him. Everyone is extremely friendly. Always a great time!

Best Cici?s Pizza in all USA! Hadn?t was in a place since I was a child and the staff treated my partner and I with the greatest respect and kindness. I felt very welcome. They went beyond and beyond to welcome us. Not the service I had expected from a pizza buffet, but I laughed and smiled. Great staff!

I really enjoy visiting this restaurant! Phil is fantastic, and the younger staff members are very polite. The place is clean, and the pizza is excellent. We missed being here in 2022 since we're seasonal visitors, but we're looking forward to returning in 2023. Also, don't forget to tip the bus staff! Reserva una mesa ahora

This review would be a solid 5 stars if it weren’t for the lack of a gluten-friendly crust option for their pizzas and noodles, which is a concern for those of us who are gluten-sensitive. The chicken wings were delicious, and I really appreciate having a salad bar!

Wow! Great service! Super friendly staff members? All of them seemed happy to be there and to assist all their customers with a huge smile and friendly attitude. We really enjoyed our time at this location and will definitely come back many more times!

The place is clean, friendly, unexpensive and well managed. But this is a family restaurant. Managers can't be blamed for the somewhat noisy atmosphere. Parents who let their kids scream, cry and run must. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great pizza and selection. My boy's favorite restaurant. Update: my son wanted to come here for his birthday, still excellent food and variety. Update 2.: Here to Father's Day. We always get the money.
